Fulfillment Policy
1. Order Cancellation and Termination
Customers may cancel or terminate any order or contract with MetricsGroup upon providing thirty (30) days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the customer’s contract. Any applicable refunds will be processed promptly within seven (7) days of the confirmed request, subject to the return of any MetricsGroup hardware, if applicable.
2. Refund Processing
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued after the hardware is received in its original condition. All returns must be authorized by MetricsGroup , and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless specified otherwise in the contract. Once the return is processed and confirmed, MetricsGroup will issue the applicable refund to the customer’s original payment method within seven (7) days.
3. Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling rates are determined based on the weight of the product and the destination of the package. These rates are calculated on a per-shipment basis, in part according to rates charged by USPS, FedEx, or UPS, plus a handling fee charged by MetricsGroup . Customers will receive detailed shipping charges before finalizing their purchase.
We do not guarantee delivery times, but estimated shipping durations will be provided when the order is placed. Delays due to customs or other unforeseen circumstances may occur and are outside MetricsGroup’ control.
